PlayItSerious® exist to Help teams and individuals co-create the change that matters through Serious Playing.

When all started? 

PLAYITSERIOUS@ was born in 2022 and is the result of more than 25 years of professional experience in leadership roles in large multinationals in the healthcare sector. From multiple constructions of change, team management, participation and facilitation of many meetings (some of them less productive) but believing that these same meetings could generate more innovative, more creative and more robust responses, while being more collaborative and fun, in which all participants are active contributors to generating better solutions.
In 2021 I got the certification as Facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and as a Professional Coach, ACTP of the ICF, increasing my toolbox to be able to help other Teams and People, to build the change that matters and has an impact!
