It’s mandatory to do the 3 workshop levels?

No We can start with one Level and in future sessions explore deeply the challenge and incorporate next levels. Every challenge starts with individual model and on top of this continue to shared and landscape models.

What are the maximum participants allowed?

The method can be applied for individuals or in small groups of 6 to 8 persons. Bigger groups we need to split.

The Workshop take place in our office??

Yes or No. We can do it in Your office or in an outside dedicated place.

What is the ideal workshop room space?

Depends of the group dimension, but for 8 persons, 30m2 it's enough.

LSP Sessions can be complemented with other activities?

Yes, the method is fully compatible with other activities that can complement the solutions development. Example: Points of You, Business Model You, etc.

Only in Level III we will build and action plan?

No, at the end of any level we will register, reflect and we can extract an action plan. The plan can be a Kaban board, Eisenhower matrix, etc.

An introductory session it’s always included?

Yes, it's always included a refresh session of the method. Depending of the group experience, the session is customised according.

Can we use the method only for TeamBuilding?

Yes, but it's not the best option. The LSP sessions are fun, but have a purpose, answer to a question. For Teambuilding there are other good options.

Do We need to have LEGO® Kits?

No, all LEGO® kits for the Workshop are included.

Can we keep the LEGO® models that we built?

No. We can take photos and register any built model.
